Returns & Refund Policy
B2B
All purchases are final, we ship from our warehouse in London.
We accept faulty items, if they are based on a manufacturing mistake and due to poor quality. We do not accept returns on items due to wear and tear within reason.
B2C
All purchases are final, we are shipping from our London Warehouse.
If you like to return an item, then the cost of the return is on you. We cannot refund items gone missing in the process of returning them to us, and therefore we suggest you send items back with tracking and signed for service.
All return shipments are paid by the customer.
Refunds are made once the garment is inspected for wearing, faults occurred by the shipper and we have ensured all duties and vat has been paid for by the shipper.
Studio-Kin
All items must be unworn, in their original packaging with all labels attached and in a mint /resellable condition.
Postage
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high-value items. We would also advise that you use registered post (tracking of delivery).
We will not grant a refund on any product that fails to reach us.
Original and return postage is non-refundable unless an incorrect item was sent in error, in which case we will refund return postage if you send a copy of your receipt to sales@studio-kin.co.uk, including the order number in your subject line.
International returns
All International returns parcels must be clearly marked as 'Returned Goods' and as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) on the outside of the parcel and on all customs documentation before shipping back to us. Your failure to do this may mean that your return does not reach us and/or that you may incur extra costs for import charges.
International customers will be liable for all return costs including but not limited to shipping, customs charges and any processing fees issued by the courier. On the occasion that Studio-Kin pays these fees on your behalf, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
We ask that you pay these prior to sending your return as this will be more cost-effective for you.
Non-returnable items
We cannot refund products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way, which includes creasing of the leather and labels.
Sale items
Any items in our Clearance promotions (i.e at more than 50% off) are non-returnable.
Faulty items
Please check all items as soon as you receive your order. If you are unhappy with anything you receive, please email us immediately at sales@studio-kin.co.uk with a clear photo of the item, your name and order number as well as a clear description of the issue.
If any of your delivery is faulty, please contact us in this way via email before sending anything back to us.
Processing your refund
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You will be credited for your returned items via your original method of payment.
Rate of exchange and bank fees
Studio-Kin is based in the UK and customers are charged in GBP. If you are an overseas customer, you may be charged currency conversion fees either by your bank or PayPal. When an item is refunded, the refunded amount may vary due to the current rate of exchange between GBP and your local currency and your bank may additionally take fees for exchanging currency. Please understand that for this reason, it is always possible you may receive less than the amount that you paid. This is beyond our control.
Right of refusal
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out here.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return any item you wish to refund, subject to our terms and conditions, and place a new order.
